Än kanske inte Biondo "Shine" är uträknade från ESC-finalen?
Som vanligt strular det lite i Rumänien, nu pågår en protestauktion där en site öppnats enbart för att protestera mot det vinnande bidraget och att det skall vara en kopia. protestlistan kommer att skickas till EBU när över 10.000 personer skrivit på den, i dagsläget är det drygt 4.500 som skrivit på.
Det handlar alltså on Nico & Vlad Mirita - "Pe-o margine de lume" och lyckas den så kanske Biondo kan få en biljett till Belgard trots att dom "bara" blev tvåa i den Rumänska uttagningen.

This petition was created to try and open the eyes of the jury of the Romanian Eurovision 2008, and to show them that the song "Pe-o margine de lume" performed by Nico & Vlad Mirita and composed by Andrei Tudor is actually a plagiarism after: David Bustamante - La magia del corazon. After closing this petiton, which will be done by gathering the 10.000 signatures, it will be sent to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the organizers of the Eurovision 2008 - Belgrade.

Another reason why this song "Pe-o margine de lume" should be disqualified, is because of the infringement of the Eurovision's Regulation, which clearly specifies that the participating song shouldn't have been broadcasted before the 1st of October 2007. The song was broadcasted by Andrei Partos on the 15th of September 2007, during a radio show on Radio Romania Actualitati.
